Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• At Focus DC, we strive to provide a premium dining, day-time, and nightlife experience. To ensure a smooth visit for all guests, please review the following:

• A $500 fee may apply for excessive cleaning caused by inappropriate conduct (e.g., vomit, cake fights, intentional spilling of drinks). Responsibility may be shared among the table if the individual cannot be identified. Please be advised that you are consenting to this rule when buying a ticket. The person in charge of reservations or the person who’s Birthday it is automatically becomes responsible for anyone person that apart of their guests if for some reason they don’t pay this fee. 

• All reservations requiring pre-payment are non-refundable and non-transferable, including late arrivals, no-shows, changes in guest count, or cancellations. This ensures proper staffing, food prep, and accommodations.
